Apple License Agreement (EULA)
Use of Nightwards is governed by Apple's Standard License Agreement.
Apple's "Licensed Application End User License Agreement" (Standard EULA) applies: apple.com/legal/…/stdeula. It applies in place of a separate license agreement from us.
Subscription Information
- Model: auto-renewing subscription, purchased and billed through your Apple account – available weekly or yearly.
- Price: the price shown in the App Store before purchase, for your subscription and region, governs. We deliberately list no fixed amounts here, since Apple can adjust prices by region and over time.
- Free trial: yearly plan only, 7 days free. Unless cancelled, the trial automatically converts into the paid yearly subscription.
- Renewal: the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: anytime via iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid being charged for the next one.
- Refunds: handled exclusively by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
